*This item takes 1-2 weeks to process and ship. Please order and allow enough time in order to receive items by your event date.

*Digital Files are processed within 2-3 business days.

*Please be advised that some printing sites such as Staples and Office Depot may decline to print certain characters and images due to copyrights. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure printing standards of their chosen printer BEFORE purchasing. Pretty Prints is not responsible for any printing issues of digital files.

*Once proofs have been approved by customer and shipped, Pretty Prints IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipping and a claim must be opened with the chosen carrier.

*Once order has begun processing, no refunds will be given as the are custom designed items.

*If Digital File is ordered, no printed materials will be shipped. Final design is emailed and must be printed and put together by the customer.
